3.Duties & Taxes
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Prices include duties, no extra charges at delivery (recommended).
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Buyer pays duties upon arrival (may cause customs delays).
4.Tracking
Tracking Info: You will receive an email with tracking number once shipped.
Real-time Updates: Check status via carrier’s website or our “Order Tracking” page.
5.Damage & Loss
Inspection: Check items upon delivery. Refuse damaged parcels and take photos.
Claims: Report damage within 48 hours with photos for free reshipment/refund.
6.Delays & Force Majeure
Carrier Delays: Not considered breach of contract. Refer to carrier’s ETAs.
Force Majeure: We may cancel orders and issue full refunds for wars, strikes, pandemics, etc.
7.Address & Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: $20 redelivery fee if returned due to incorrect address.
Failed Delivery: Parcels returned after 3 attempts; buyer pays return & reship costs.
